We are proud to announce that we have completed the production of our 100th six-stage BOG compressor. This machine was manufactured for the Hudong Zhonghua shipyard, our client in Shanghai, China. Mechanical integrity and performance tests were successfully conducted in our test facility at the Hésingue site (France).

Congratulations to our R&D department, buyers, and suppliers, along with our assembly, testing, finishing, packing, and delivery teams, who have been working on this 100th compressor for more than a year!

The overall footprint of the compressor is 6 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.5 meters tall. The compressor is an essential component for BOG treatment on-board LNG carriers and benefits from Cryostar’s high-tech expertise.

These compressors, the result of Cryostar’s experience and capacity for innovation, have made the company a strong leader on the market, as it is a unique product offer using this kind of technology for X-DF propulsion systems.
