1. High pressure pumping equipment

Cryostar’s reciprocating pumps are engineered to deliver precision, reliability, and high flow rates for a wide range of cryogenic fluids, including LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, and CO₂.

Designed for both continuous and intermittent duty, they are ideal for applications such as cylinder filling, trailer loading, and pipeline supply.

2. High pressure vaporization equipment

Cryostar’s vaporization systems are designed to convert cryogenic liquids into gaseous form with maximum efficiency and safety. Whether using ambient energy or electrical heating, our vaporizers ensure a stable and reliable gas supply for downstream processes.

High pressure vaporizers are made of aluminum finned outer tubes and high strength stainless steel inner tubes for gas vaporization through ambient air heat exchange.

Available in different sizes and flow capacity for pressure up to 500bar.

3. Gas Storage (Buffer Tanks)

Cryostar buffer skids are engineered to store and regulate cryogenic gases between production and filling stages. They ensure pressure stability, flow continuity, and system safety, especially during peak demand or intermittent operation.

4. Cold Filling Systems

Cryostar’s cold filling systems enable direct bypass of cryogenic liquids into cylinders, reducing attempts during hot weather and high-pressure filling.

This system can be managed through our automation architecture (see PLC) or can be provided with a self-governing cabinet.

5. Filling Systems

Cryostar’s filling points—also referred to as filling racks—are designed to provide secure, ergonomic, and high-performance connections for filling gas cylinders. These systems are engineered to maximize operator safety and ensure precise control during the filling process.

Cryostar’s Filling Management solution for Industrial GasFilling Plants ensures precise, safe, and efficient control of the entire filling process. It integrates advanced automation, and traceability features to manage cylinder identification, filling sequences, pressure and temperature monitoring, and compliance with safety standards. The system supports various gas types and cylinder configurations, optimizing throughput while minimizing human error.
